You can ask us to plan out what you want to accomplish in the meeting, to set goals for subsessions, arrive at resources that you will need, help you decide what kind of presentations, speakers, activities, motivational events will be needed and what steps need to be taken to make your meeting a success.

We can also plan out the space requirements, and provide budget scenarios.

 

LOCATION SEARCH

LOCATION We have thousands of properties in our databases and can access them through direct computer linkup. We locate the top sites that fit your requirements and your budget, negotiate space and costs and then deliver to you a site report. On crucial meetings we do site visits. This report will include property descriptions, availability dates, cost information, area information, transportation information and anything else that may impact your decision. Then we reserve site, including equipment needed for you.

 

HOTEL, CAR, AIR, RESERVATIONS & COORD.

This can really be a time consuming task for a medium or small company. We will arrange all logistics for getting to the meeting, including creating fliers for all participants, providing itineraries for everyone, provide transfer, lodging, flight and other needed information. You can also count on us to provide information and bookings on side trips, tours or other “after-meeting” activities.

We can even provide a TOLL-FREE number, a special WEB PAGE, or a special E-mail address to participants for event/meeting issues, questions, logistics. This can relieve you or your staff from having to hassle with any details and focus on what you are good at.
